Ballpark ("we", "us", "the app") is a party trivia and estimation game for iOS. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our own servers beyond what is strictly necessary for gameplay.

• Player Name: The display name you enter is sent to the game server only during an active game session and is not permanently stored.
• No Accounts: Ballpark does not require sign-up or login.
• No Analytics: We do not use any analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No Advertising: Ballpark does not display advertisements.

2. Multiplayer Connectivity

Ballpark connects to a game server via WebSocket to enable real-time multiplayer gameplay. The only data transmitted is your chosen display name and your in-game answers. No device identifiers, location data, or personal information is sent.

3. In-App Purchases

Question pack purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

4. On-Device Storage

Ballpark stores a small amount of non-personal data on your device:

• Your display name preference — stored in UserDefaults
• A random game session identifier — stored in UserDefaults

None of this data is transmitted off your device except during active gameplay.

5. Children's Privacy

Ballpark is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
