Ballpark is a multiplayer party trivia game. One player hosts a game session and others join via a game code.
Ballpark offers optional question pack purchases as non-consumable in-app purchases. All transactions are handled by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
You agree not to use Ballpark for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the game experience of other players.
Ballpark is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
