SplitShiftr ("we", "us", "the app") is a GPX activity editor for iOS. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

• GPX Files: All file processing happens entirely on your device. Your GPX data never leaves your phone.
• No Accounts: SplitShiftr does not require sign-up or login.
• No Analytics: We do not use any first-party analytics or tracking SDKs beyond what is described below.

2. Advertising

The free version of SplitShiftr displays ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework to request your permission before any tracking occurs. You can opt out at any time in Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

3. In-App Purchases

Subscription and purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

4. On-Device Storage

SplitShiftr stores a small amount of non-personal data on your device:

• Your usage count (number of files processed) — stored in the iOS Keychain
• Your Pro subscription status — stored in UserDefaults
• Daily share card count — stored in UserDefaults

None of this data is transmitted off your device.

5. Children's Privacy

SplitShiftr is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
